A 60-minute session Mondays to Fridays are $80; Saturdays are $120.

Ultimately, the quantity of sessions is subjects to the needs of the individual. Typically, we recommend three to six sessions. Outside of this framework, if more or less sessions are required, such as a once-off or long-term counselling, this can be explored. Once the counselling process has ended, we will discuss and if needed identify further supports such as support groups, and once-off sessions.

If you’re unsure if counselling is beneficial to your concern, I would recommend trying an initial session to explore the concern for you to determine if counselling would be beneficial.

Yes, counselling sessions are confidential and maintain legal and association requirements. This is explained further in the counselling contract.

Nathan’s current operating hours are Mondays between 5:30pm – 8pm, Thursdays 5:30pm – 8pm and Saturdays from 9am-11:30am.
